Heather recently moved her blog from Wordpress to Blogger and has seen her space grow tremendously. She's an inspirational young mother and I encourage everyone to visit her page!
The rules of the award state that the recipient must list seven things about themselves and then pass the award to 10 other deserving bloggers!
I know I've done similar posts before so I'll try to come up with a list of seven things I have yet to share here. Some will be serious...ish...and some won't be. Enjoy. :)
1. Many of you know that I am a HUGE Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan (because I'm a giant nerd at heart). What you don't know is that I sat with my kids today to watch the very first non-animated TMNT movie. About half way through the movie I realized that the film came out in 1990...21 years ago!! I was utterly shocked by the fact that I was watching a movie with my own kids that I had watched when I was only 7 years old.
2. I have good reason for not folding laundry. It's because I care so deeply for the comfort of my cat.
3. This is my 236th post and I have been blogging since November of last year.
4. I let my kids run around naked in the backyard sometimes. It's hot. Whatever.
5. I earned my M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education while my twins were 5-18 months old. It was hard, but absolutely worth it.
6. I've been considering changing the name of this blog...but that's so much work. I don't know. What do you think?
7. I'm really happy for a good friend of mine who just found out that she is expecting again! I won't say who she is because she has not yet chosen to share it with everyone at this point. And I happen to know just how crappy it feels when someone else decides to share that kind of news for you when you are not quite ready for the world to know. So, I send my congratulations to my friend and I look forward to seeing when she does choose to share online! :)

Haha - thanks for sending me some "stalkers" new friends:) I love the title of your blog but it all depends on what your goal for the blog is. The title should reflect the message you want to share - at least that's what folks say:) But hey - in blog world, we get to make up the rules!! Thanks for this very thoughtful award:)
